Store Policy



Packages are sent using USPS within USA. You can also request a 1 day delivery for your order to be hand delivered to your door step within the city limits of San Francisco, Alameda & Oakland in California (email for delivery service) You will receive an email to confirm when your order is ready and out for delivery.  

Please allow 48 hours for your order to be packed and once it is shipped, an additional 3-7 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.


International shipping 

Available by request, for orders over $100 USD. If you would like to place an international order, please email for a free quote. Email us with your shipping address and a list of the items you are interested in purchasing, that way, we can email the most accurate quote over to you. If you would like to proceed to place an order, once you are happy with the shipping quote, please reply by email and a custom order link will be sent to you to finalise your order.


Breakages and damaged items 
All our products are wrapped securely for shipping. It's very rare, but in the event that an item is damaged during handling by the shipping provider, we cannot take responsibility for the damages incurred once the package is out for delivery via USPS.

Store Credit is offered within 30 days of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To complete your store credit/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately, all 'sale items' are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
